i am using the merve CTF plugin. how do I keep the flags respawning in the exact same position? Right new they spawn a few randoms squads around my flags coord area.

Try lowering these settings, note the value 0 may have special effects (try it and see):
Quote:
Flag:FlagTerritoryRadius:::When flagger drops flags, this is how spread out they are (distance from drop-centroid in tiles). (note: 0 = special value meaning hide flags in center area of board as normal)
Flag:FlagTerritoryRadiusCentroid:::When flagger drops flags, this is how far the drop-centroid is randomly adjusted from the actual drop location) (note: 1024 = hide anywhere on level)
