Server Help

For some reason I can get into zone and so can 3 other people that I know of, but when one of my friends tried to get in he couldn't. I havn't set it private at least I dont think. Also when I click on my zone on the zone list it says Updated:Zone may be down or no longer exist What does that mean? and yes it says that and I and those 3 other people can still get in.

No. Even if it was that really doesn't explain why 3 people that I know of can enter but one cant.

Well actually, it would. I assume you've tried restarting the server? There may be a bad directory entry lying around.

I think I fixed it. I *recycled and he was able to get in I dont know what it was. just didn't make sense why everyone else could get in but he couldn't.
