Is there a way I can place the flags on the map where I want them (like turf) but then be able to pick them up like a flagging game. I dont want the flags to spawn randomly around the center, Id like to be able to place them where I want. Other than that the rest of the game would be the same.

It can be done but I think you'd have to edit some code.
