Yeah, I'm back.

My computer runs linux, and Continuum is installed. I get an annoying flashing sometimes that's really annoying. I was wondering if there is anything that can fix it?

What do you mean by flashing. It may be in the wrong resolution.

At the top of the screen, it starts to flash, nothing severe, just annoying.
If it's not on 800 x 600 I'll try 1028

I've had issues like that before, and discoloring of ships, but it's only happened when the color depth I ran Continuum at was different from what I was running in Windows. How that translates to Linux, I have no idea, but maybe you can mess with color depth.
