I made my zone but the a go to join it it takes a long time then it says it has failed. please some body help me. |

What does the subgame server console say?
I think your problem is related to a bad connection with the biller.

ok here is what is says when I try to join. "Failed to connect to server. Check to make sure the server it online (it should appear yellow or green it the zone list) and that you are currently connected to the internet. If the problem persists, seek help at the tech support forums found at www.subspacehq.com."

Are you connecting to your own server or to an existing server?
If you are connecting to an existing server then a firewall is probably blocking your connection. |

There should be a message in your server console when starting the server or when you try to connect to it.
Copy/paste that here. |

What's the // about?
Also, if you're running the biller on the same computer as subgame, then Billing:IP should be localhost.
But my suspicion is that your zone is actually red, you're just not giving it a couple seconds to change color. |

ok everything is fine and the subbill and subgame2 say it should work.
maybe I am porting the wrong port. want it says add costum zone and you click on it what do you put in the I.P.?,and the port? do I put the misc I.P. ? and the misc port or what? |

When adding it as a custom zone, for the IP I would put 127.0.0.1, port should be taken from server.ini Misc Port.
If you're just running a test zone don't worry about Misc ServerIP, you can leave that blank. |

Replace _bzw.lvl with your own map or change DefaultLevelFile property in your server.ini to the new map name. |

That probably means it can't find the map, either you spelled it wrong in server.ini or didn't put it in the same folder as subgame.exe. |
