OK, first off my zone wont show on subspace, then i add it manually and when i join my SERVER not SUBBILL reads out

Client connection request from billing server ignored

it says that three times. then it says this once.

Disconnect request from billing server ignored

WHATS WRONG? any help plz, THIS WONT LET ME JOIN MY ZONE
