I just overwrote a file by accident, can anyone recommend a program to get at least some of it back (the new file was smaller)? I'm using win xp.

I think http://www3.telus.net/mikebike/RESTORATION.html is nice and easy, but I'm not sure if it's good enough for your purposes.
