Running biller in wine not allowing connections...

I can run catid's biller in wine but no zones can connect to it. It works fine when I run it on my windows machine. I think it has something to do with me not being able to access 127.0.0.1 for some reason. I can check my web-ftp adminstrator thing, but only from a different connection.

How can I make my SUSE Linux 9.1 pro version of linux allow that address? I've messed around with it and it's getting annoying. (BTW This happens even if the firewall is disabled.

Nevermind, I ran it as root and it worked fine. This time it registered some dlls.

you dont need to run it as root

read this guide but swap it for the billler instead of subgame2

as you have wine already installed you can obviously skip the installation section
