Hahaha, funny how blah-er attempts to make someone look stupid while he makes himself look like a complete idiot instead.

In his name "NL" refers to "The Netherlands", which obviously is the country he's from since it's also part of his Location tag. Zeeland is a (as what we call it) "provincie" in The Netherlands, which is something like a state for this country as what they are to the USA.
