How do i get a host like SSCX for example, and how do i make it so it remembers players chats and squads?

Its a thing called a biller. You can use Catid's or if you make a zone that is good enough, apply for SSC. Or even this.

1.how do i apply to SSC or SSCX?

2.and i dont know how to use that catid billing.

3.when i go my zone i cant use any sysop commands

4.do i need bots to use sysop commands?

part from that everything is fine, i dont have any bots by the way!
