Someone thought it would be a good idea to have a compiled version of a Continuum-patched Wine for easy distribution. So, go give wine.getcontinuum.com's binary a try.
Also threw a starting paragraph into the Wine/Continuum wiki page. |

I did this easily under SUSE Linux 9.1 Pro in VMWare. Very nice. I am thinking of going full on linux. This is awesome. |

D1st0rt's right. Why not run Continuum on Windows if you're running Windows anyway? Just because you want to experience the "coolness" of running Continuum on Linux? Get a hobby, jeez... |

Yea I just did it to see if I could do it. I'm going to put linux on my dads pc and show him how to browse the net and check his email. That's all he does. Then I can have fun without using vmware. |

I would ask him first o_O. He doesn't care as long as he can surf the web and check his spambox. I could always reinstall windows if he wanted windows back... |

LOL. I was thinking of installing something along the lines of Ubuntu. Just something easy to use. He can use FireFox and whatever email client is on there. He won't be using the terminal.
Btw, ROFL D1 |
