For somreason the flags wont appear in the settings here is my flag.con:

I #included this to arena.conf and uploaded it default/piublic but flags wont appear, and all the modules are loaded but flag commands wont work. Anyone help me why?

Have a look at modules.conf, make sure 'pymod:pymod' and '<py> fg_wz' are loading. Then go back to arena.conf and make sure 'fg_wz' is in the AttachModules setting. Finally type ?listmod make sure you are staff before you type flag commands like ?flagreset and ?flaginfo.

I dont know why it wont work

It's not related to the problem but you might want to change these settings too:
