IS there a public merve plugin for a turret ?

A turret? You need to expand on that. I believe mervbot can sit still and shoot at the nearest thing without needing extra plugins, something like !setship, !follow off and *warpto (can't remember if that is correct though).

Merv shoots at enemy players when following a person.

I do have an unreleased mervbot plugin allowing you to control the bot from a certain spot. This will make mervbot a "turret" which a player can control.

Tell me if you are interested and I will make a package and attach it here.

put a regular merv bot in the game by doing !ship 1 and do !follow 0, it should shoot at all enemies.
