Server Help

I have the newest version of Mervbot and when I go in my zone and type like !staff it will come up but takes forever so slow it cant be lag i have Cable i was 0.0 0.0, Wtf is up with that please help me out...I would appriciate it

Thanks for your help but i have a question, this might makle me look stupid but how do i give my bot Sysop power?

in spawns.txt theres a field (the last one for each spawn), put your sysop pass in there...

i.e.:
LS.Elim.Bot : <sspw> : 0 : elim,rampage,tm_mer : <sysoppw>

Don't forget to also add your mervbot's name onto all the appropriate .txt files (even if you don't have checksysop turned on, you still need the minimum of moderate.txt inorder to do *arena and play sounds).
