I can't get on my zone

When I try to get in my zone the dos window (subgame2) says request for client ignored. I do not understand what is going on. Please help me

No, that's not what it says. Always report exact details for troubleshooting.

It's not exact verbatim but it is what it says.

You need to change the Billing:IP in server.ini to localhost instead of 127.0.0.1.

It is a rather old issue.
