New in LIE v2.1

- Added GIF, JPEG and PNG support for Continuum 0.38
- Animation-Preview is now 100% working and able to preview every animated IMAGE.
- again bugfixes
- agian some small improvements

NOTE: Continuum 0.37 is not able to handle GIFs, JPEGs or PNGs, don't forget this!

I read about the new coord-stuff yesterday evening...
And when i read it, i changed the lvz-tutorial i wrote completely over to buildlevel.

In the current version of LIE it doesn't check if a screenobject starts with C or F or W, i.e.
So, it's supported if you use BuildLevel as your compiler...
Except the prefix T, which i used for Tiles2Pixel-convertor.
I will release a version of LIE that'll fit the current Cont38 specifications.
