Ok.. A few questions..

I used SSME a long time ago and was a pro...

But that was 2 years ago.. I got a new computer.. And now.. not only will SSME not open .lvls .. It just shuts off when I do with a damn 'error report' message.

But also.. I've forgotten how to convert my .bmp or whatever tilesets into whatever i use the .lvl's with..

So if someone wants to help me.. yeeeeeeeah

Use CLT,

Edit -> Edit Tileset -> Import Tileset -> Select lvl or tileset image to import from
