Outfile=test.lvz

[objectimages]
IMAGE82=count.bmp,10,1,1000

[screenobjects]
-118,1,IMAGE82,TopMost,ServerControlled,00,170

----------------------------------------------------------------

When I *objon 170 the animation works but doesnt seem to be taking exactly 10 seconds to get through the animation. 1000/10 = 100 and as I understand it 100 = 1 second. Can someone shed some light on this?

Well, if thats exactly the way you put it in your .ini than 00 as display time is probably the error.

The newest debuildlevel that has been included in the lvztoolkit for the last couple of months will output the .ini with animation information, telling you how long each image is shown, the total time the lvz lasts, etc. Useful if your not sure if a object is correct, as was the case above.
