i don't know how to know how many pixels by pixels is your picture =?

i use ms paint and i dont have photoshop..

Or in Windows Explorer (not IE), you can hover the mouse over the filename and see the properties in the popup.

Just a tip, get the GIMP. It's totally free and runs on Windows too. I use it for entirely all of my image editing, and I find it to be a really great tool. It takes some getting used to, but I think it's worth it.
