For some reason (after I formated my computer) my maps won't open with SSME. I always have to go, click the SSME Icon, then File > Open > Find map . I remember I was used to be able to open SSME maps by just clicking on them and they opened in that with no problems. Now if I set the .LVL files to open with SSME, it just opens up SSME, with the map not open and have to go File >open blah blah. Does anyone know how to open these map by just clicking on it and already loaded ready to edit in SSME instead of file open etc?

same with me, whenever you double click the .lvl file it opens up a picture viewer and shows you the tileset. I still never figured this one out.

Right click on any .lvl file and go to Open With -> Choose Program, then browse for SSME and hit that.

Yeah thats what I tried, but it just opens up SSME, not the map and all.

It doesn't immediately after you set the open with. Try again.
