Spyed, minus your birthday post in Zone Junk, you have behaved very well. This is mostly due to you not speaking much, but nevertheless, you didn't spam every forum you could possible do.

As of now, your restrictions in Trash Talk are lifted. You still cannot use emoticons nor BBCode, but can post in Trash Talk. Any future restrictions in which I'll need to place on you will be a complete removal of your ability to post anywhere on the forums.
