How do i set individual arena settings without changing the pub and the rest of the zone's settings?

Set your server.ini's [Arena] ArenaMode value to 5, and for each subarena you want different (such as ?go duel), upload a duel.cfg and/or a duel.lvl file. Anything that doesn't have its own special settings will instead use spawn.lvl/spawn.cfg and if those don't exist, server.cfg/default map.
