Server Help

Ok i've been playing around with hybrid but I can't get it to work. After installing everything and setting up jcreater (http://hybrid.shanky.com/demos/jcreator.html) I run "Run Hybrid 1.0.1" but it keeps crashing. Here is a copy/paste fo the system log.

TutorialBot doesnt come compiled. Compile it then run it again, should work fine.

Cypher:
Its like continuum: prepetually in pre-release status, but its done enough to where people can use it. Im still making some (minor) changes, but other than that... something something... im tired. sleepy time.
