My zone always sais unknown username create? It sais that every time i disconnect zone and reconnect it later. Please help me.

you need a billing server, or to properly shut down your billing server(I assume you're using subbill)

I am using subbil. What do you mean close it properly? I need to know how to make it remember usernames instead of clicking create username every time i go into it. Thank you.

You're not supposed to close subbill by pressing the X in the corner of the window. I think it's SHIFT + F12 to close it.
