Well im totally new to c++, and i want to get involded with it, so what type of bots would be good for me to make?
also is there any sites which will help me learn c++??

You should check the tutorial and reference at Cplusplus.com and for other information the MSDN Library.

Read the code to plugins others wrote, don't use their code though, write your own versions of it (that's the only way you'll learn).
