In my zone on my mervbot .40, I am the highest lvl DUKE, and my MOD is able to ban me how is taht possible? Is the bots made taht way?

You're mixing up two different operator categories.

Your bot can have operators, these are people who control the bot, they all have their own access level, yours is, as you say, Duke.

The server can have operators too, these operators have their own access levels too.

So a sysop on the server can be a mod on the bot, the operator lists on the server and bots can be completely unrelated.
You are mixing those two up, you can be the highest level on the bot, but that doesn't make you a higher level on the server.

Make sure you're a level higher (smod or sysop) than the mod on the server (the bot has nothing to do with this).

That is one of the features I prefer in Merv over TWcore, seperate operator lists from server.

In case he is using alias/banbot by catid, which can ban a player from arena for certain time(uses /*kill always when player enters), it does not check what access level the "zipped" player has on bot.

I doubt it, unless you'd edit the plugin, rewrite it, or if there's a setting.

You can disable commands in Commands.txt.
