ok, im doing this on behalf of my bot maker, so pretend like yur talking to him icon_biggrin.gif

ok, hes having problems getting the bot as sysop, the bot is under the sysop list, but wont type the pass, any advice?

Does the bot know what the password is?

In Spawns.txt, a configuration file of MERVBot, there are several fields which need some settings to be specified.

These are the fields.
Spawns.txt wrote:
Bot name : Bot password : Initial arena : Initial plugins : Staff password

Check if the staff password is correct. If it's missing, put it there.

but this bot is truly home made, we didnt download anything, does that effect yur advice?

I assume you're talking about the plugin being "home made".

The core the plugin is for, probably MERVbot, is affected by my advice.
