I edited the ini files and the thing is still red. Can someone check my ini files if it's correct or not? I've been trying for an 1 hour now...

Ignore Maverick. It must be your WAN IP, that is, the one available on www.whatismyip.com.

Are you behind a router? If so, have you configured your port forwards properly? Have you added a custom zone to use 127.0.0.1?

I'm using ServerIP=localhost and everything is running fine.

For running it and playing on your own computer that'd be fine, I guess.

Well then your proxy detection won't work.

It's not an integral setting. Just don't go around spreading the wrong info.

For running it on your own computer you can fix it like that. IP = 127.0.0.1 works for me, so blah!
