To remove the virus, go to a command prompt, and type:
Format C:
Then, install Mandrake Linux. _________________ Hyperspace Owner

Or you could just wait for the patch-virus to spread itself to you, and patch your system for you, as people are idiots and require worms to patch their systems for them. |

Excuse me? MS-DOS still holds the title for worst OS ever. ME is only a small step down from 98se, the best M$ OS ever. |

98se is the best Microsoft OS, however FreeBSD or Linux is the actual best .
MS-DOS does NOT hold the title for worst OS ever. I have proved this many times. HUNDREDS of games run in DOS. The Command Prompt is DOS. subgame2.exe, subbill.exe are both MS-DOS programs. They may say, "This program cannot be run in MS-DOS mode," but that's the compiler. They were compiled on Windows, not MS-DOS. Get a MS-DOS c++ compiler and recompile some programs and you'll realize that MS-DOS still has a lot of programs that run on it.
I will agree, however, that MS-DOS is pretty far down there, and in the case of networking, good freaking luck. |

A command line window is not equal to DOS.
Also, Win2000 is best MS OS, what can't it do that win98se can (other than blue screen)? _________________ This help is informational only. Thank god for ME, I was wondering why, as I get every virus out there (because they are sneeky bastards and dodge my A-V sofware), that I didn't get the Win32Blasterworm.... I figured I would have been severly f----- over by now |

No, you said you can recompile them with a dos compiler. You can't. They use the win32 API for sockets and stuff. This means you couldn't recompile them for DOS without rewriting a LOT of code, and I'm not even sure DOS can do TCP/IP. |

First, DOS can do TCP/IP. Second, the libraries are downloadable for DOS off the internet. But, I'm not at a point to argue. As I said, DOS is still ALMOST the worst OS out there. |
