The recent inclusions of some windows includes (windep, wincon) also require the inclusion of one windows.h

Btw, should anyone be interested in the msvc.net project files and the latest includes etc. - I'm finishing up the update to 1.3.5 and will get an archived version to CatID so you should be able to download it from his page again.

Also, this might just be msvc.net playing up again, but:

local BOOL winshutdown(DWORD shutdowntype)

should be

local BOOL WINAPI winshutdown(DWORD shutdowntype)

msdn confirms this as the proper type as well

I fixed the missing WINAPI, and I juggled #includes around a little bit, so I think it should be better now.
