I downloaded from shanky's downloads the file ssbmp.zip. The bmp files wouldnt open in paintshop pro and now I cant even delete them! Getting an access denied error. How can I delete these I made the mistake of unpacking them on the desktop too so I can't live with them. |

Make sure no programs are using the files (guess you already did that).
Otherwise, reboot and try again. |

Ah, I didn't fully read the original message, my bad. I was going to say find another copy ie: off of SSDL; but in regards to not being able to delete it; like , solo?, said.. just reboot the machine, worse case, to safe mode, and delete it then.

try closing eveery non-system, non explorer.exe process, then deleting it. While in safe mode... if all else fails command prompt only. What error is the OS giving you? |

Check if the files are read-only, it doesn't help you deleting them if they are. |

Fiend! That is the last thing you want to do... unless you want to re install everything...
First, find out the problem with your system and access permissions. Then, correct it! |
