Hopefully when someone makes a new billing server, it will allow transfering of chat messages and private message across different billing servers (with the names pre-appended with something like ^ so you know it may not be them).

Well, its something I will probably do, but I also plan to integrate the Jabber protocol into my server, enabling chat over four major IM services(AIM, MSN, ICQ and Yahoo!) from inside SS.
