I went to your zone and checked the settings, apparently your server has been sacrificing goats at an alarming rate. You may wish to correct this problem as the reduction in goat blood should eliminate your 'red' problem.

Of course that is a bad thing. Your server is using all its resources to perform that task resulting in lag. The excess blood piles up to create all this 'red' you are talking about.

A little goat sacrificing is normal for a server to run smoothly, but in your case, you have taken it to the extreme. Reduce by at least 75% and you should be alright.
