I thought there was a thing in the lvz toolkit that you could take a lvz and then unmake them so like it would debuild it to show the ini and all the .gfx or bongs or whatever. I cant remember if there was such thing or not. Does anyone know?

Umm.. where'd you get the LVZToolkit.zip file from? The ones I've always produced always contained my DeBuildlevel.exe program.
