As most zones focus towards flag games (and respectively, most plugins are written for this type of game), I would like my zone to focus more on the soccer game. From what I understand, current plugins merely spew out stats on the completion of a game, I'm looking more for something that hands out prizes. Basically here is what I'd want (A lot of this plugin should work with the TM Mer 1.13 plugin for credits):

Depending on the population of the zone, it changes the amount of credits awarded per goal.

The goal scorer gets the most credits, then comes the person who has the assist, and then the team.

Upon winning a game, people who fit into various categories (most goals scored, most ball time, etc.) get different amounts of creds, and the whole team gets something sort of like DBZ's wishbot (instead, of course, for winning a soccer game).

I'm willing to hire someone in order to see this plugin to completion (as well as do other random stuff, like be able to permanently silence someone with the alias/banbot plugin), but I also feel that a better soccer plugin should be made just for the sake that one does not exist right now.
