Ok the readme was no help at all! Then the spawn.ini is very confusing to me because theres all these numbers that are all confusing because the readme was gay. Im going to post the spawn.ini and can someone explain what all the stuff is, and btw i wouldent be hear if the readme wasent so stupid So heres the spawn.ini:
; spawn.dll
; These are bounding rectangles.
; Format: x1, y1, x2, y2
; x1, y1---
; | |
; | |
; ---x2, y2
; Teams are supported up to 10
[OldSpawn]
; Where players would normally respawn
0=0,0 , 512,320
1=512,0 , 1023,320
2=512,700, 1023,1023
; ^^ example using [Radar]RadarMode:2
[NewSpawn]
; Where players will be warped to instead
0=502,502 , 520,520
1=502,502 , 520,520
2=502,502 , 520,520
; These are point-pairs.
; Format: from_x, from_y, radius, to_x, to_y
; Radius is in tiles.
; Radius means distance from a point, where you have entered the warp tiles.
; This creates a square with sides = radius * 2.
; Supported: 0-49, don't skip any numbers.
[WarpTiles]
0=476,476, 10, 512,512
1=548,476, 10, 512,512
Well there you go, very confusing eh? well it is to me, so can someone please help? I really need to kno is how t set the sertin spawn plugins and stuff like that. But everything is so confusing. So can soemone help, Please and Thanks. |

Ok, time to break it down
//To figure out a rectangle from a center point and a radius:
//(center x - radius),(center y - radius),(center x + radius),(center y + radius)
//Old Spawn is where people spawn from the settings (ie warp, shipchange)
[OldSpawn]
//The numbers that go here represent freq nums
0=0,0,512,320
//That means that team 0 spawns in a box with 0,0 at upper left and 512,320 at lower right
[NewSpawn]
0=502,502,520,520
//The bot will warp people to somewhere in THIS box when it detects them in the OldSpawn Box
[WarpTiles]
0=476,476, 10, 512,512
//When someone gets within a 10 tile radius of 476,476, they will be warped to 512,512 _________________

Ok i got most of it except for these 2 parts:
//Old Spawn is where people spawn from the settings (ie warp, shipchange)
[OldSpawn]
//The numbers that go here represent freq nums
0=0,0,512,320
//That means that team 0 spawns in a box with 0,0 at upper left and 512,320 at lower right
Ok this party i dont get is://That means that team 0 spawns in a box with 0,0 at upper left and 512,320 at lower right. What does that mean? Also the other part is:
[NewSpawn]
0=502,502,520,520
//The bot will warp people to somewhere in THIS box when it detects them in the OldSpawn Box
Does this mean when i set the coords and they step on the old spawn they will warp to the new spawn, and one more thing is when im on my zone how do i activate it or is it already activated? O and i just remembered can i add more than one span to the new spawn and old spawn, if thats where i put them. Thanks |

open up SSME and look at the tiles... they are numbered for every map from 0 to 1023 in the x (left / right) direction and 0 to 1023 in the y (up / down) direction.
the 0 or 512 is the tile number where (0, 0) is the top left |
