keyboard not responding after laying mine

on certain ships the keyboard stops responding after laying a mine
this seem something to do with settings but im not sure which one

after laying a mine, the ship would stop shooting, bombing, cant use specials but can still move around (even after mine disappears)

this problem only happens on certain ships so i think it has something to do with settings but i looked it over and cant see where the problem is at

probably something to do w/ a timeout/firedelay setting..

nvm i found the problem....mine fire delay....(didnt know it affects GUNS, BOMBS AND SPECIALS)
