Good, Learn Yourself Answer

Download the lvz toolkit from http://www.subspacedownloads.com or http://shanky.com/server

Extract your new toolkit (wooha) into a folder and proceed to read every txt based file in it (.txt, .ini).

After doing that you should have a pretty good idea of how lvz works (very simply.)

Not So Good, Copy & Modify

Download the lvz toolkit from http://www.subspacedownloads.com or http://shanky.com/server, extract to a folder.

Create a new file : myfile.ini

put this in it:

Outfile=[X].lvz

File=bong[Y].wa2

Replace X with the name of the lvz file you'd like to create. Replace Y with the % number you'd like to use to play the sound. Use BuildLevel.exe to create the lvz by selecting your ini. (Note: The wav file (just renamed to wa2) must be in the same folder as your newly created ini.

Take the 'good' road and receive more willing help in the future.

TO DO After Creating Your LVZ by using one of the 2 steps above
1. Login to your zone, type *putfile [x].lvz, ensure that lvz is actually present in your continuum folder for uploading.

2. Go to the arena you want the sound, type ?set misc:levelfiles:[x].lvz

Note: These actions require sysop powers.

Don't read lvzFormat.txt. That's only for geeks like me.
