is there a command to warp a ball to a certain location?
(i checked the command list and i dont see it)

Not w/ Subgame; I'm sure a bot could do it for you, unless someone is carrying the ball.

if you're using subgame a bot could do it for you even if someone is carring the ball, it's a bug in subgame. in ASSS you can just use balls->placeBall(...)

bots steal the ball from players.. i made my own version of dodgeball bot and figure that out $

YES, i know instead of me, "*setship" i could have done tell(makeShip) or something, didnt know it at the time... haha
