Why can these 2 Commands be used by all Public Players?

?get X:Y = get a setting in .cfg in section X, varible Y
?set X:Y:Z = set a setting in .cfg in section X, varible Y, setting Z

I dont think number 2 would work but it might, and n umber 1 could work.
Number 1:
Someone trying to steal settings could write a bot to grab the whole settings from a zone by doing lots of ?get X:Y commands.
Number 2:
Say a player went into a game of Duel. He could do a ?set X:Y:Z and make the ship he was using twice as fast as the ship his opponent was using.
Just a thought...
Thanks,

Well, a client gets the settings of an arena from the server, they wouldn't even need a bot to use those commands.
These commands are listed under player commands, but I highly doubt they work for non-privileged players. |

| I threw them into the player-command list because owners and sysops can use those commands, so its not really any specific group. Just like ?setlevel is in the player's commands, because owners too can use it. |
