Well I have tried to use Vegito's text plugin. But with no success. I have had a talk with him and he told me that it would have been better to just make my own. Now the problem is I have no idea how to make bots. So I am asking someone for some help...
This is basically what I need:
I need a plugin which posts the text on the map. Now it's not really a paragraph. It's more like ranks.
Example:
blah blah: blah blah blah
blah blah: blah blah blah
blah blah: blah blah blah
blah blah: blah blah blah
Now this will be changed, not only will some things be deleted but many things will be added over the weeks. I need the plugin to be easily changed by the zone owners without much work. Yes I know it's hard, but is it by any chance possible? I talked to Vegito and he told me it's not possible to just add text into the .ini file to be automatically converted into the corresponding .bmps and change on the map without much change. He told me it's not possible. So anyone know how I can allow newbies like me and some completely lost people an easier way to easily change the "ranks" and "news" ON the map? Thank you very much for your time. _________________ -Owner of Lethal Weapon

it is possible to add text to an ini file and have it display on the map, but if you're going to be updating by hand it'd be much easier to use a single screenobject lvz where you just make the .png file by hand, use buildlevel to make an .lvz out of it, and then upload the lvz through contniuum using *putfile |

also, if you've ever been in SSCU 17th Parallel, you'll get more incentive to just use a single map or screen object, as it creates mondo screen lag |
