Could someone modify the raceref merv plugin for me?

here are the exact details of what I want done:
Could you modify the RaceRef plugin so that it doesn't have to have sysop
access, instead it will be the owner with smod or mod access. Could you have
the bot enter the arena in spec, but when a race starts have the bot enter
the so there aren't any checkpoint problems, than re-enter spec at the end
of the race? Also you you change the bot so that the bot does no go ready..
set.. go.., instead have the bot at a random interval just say go to catch
racers off guard. Also can you give more time to the racers to get ready
once they are warped to the waiting area by the track, like about 15-20
seconds. Also can you make the sounds used for "final lap" and "race start
in 40 seconds" changed to no sounds, or make them customizable in a text
file. Lastly can you make a command that I can pm the bot as an operator to
terminate the current race.

If you want to take a look at how the bot works. Drop by my zone "Racing Zone" it is up most of the US day. You'll need two people to start a race though.

You could create a blank .wav file, about 1 second in length. Then rename it to the name of the bong, fx: bong1.wav or goal.wav, whatever the sound is (look in continuum/sounds folder). Then stick the 2 new bong files in a .lvz, upload to server and add whatever.lvz to misc:levelfiles. I know this only fixes one of your problems but no one else has replied for 2 days.
