Server Help

Can someone explain what these do or link me to somewhere that can?
I wanna set up a Permission-Only zone so I need to know what these do. Thanks

Remember permit.txt $$...

or you can *permit <name>,in game, if you have sysop...

cyan, I saw that post, that is what gave me the idea, I just wanna know what those do so if they can help, I can use them.

also, the Permit.txt wont work...

PermissionMode=1
and put the names on permit.txt

that is how you make a permission zone...

I know that, the Permit.txt isn't being read, everytime I enter the zone, it states that I'm not permitted to enter.

Got it! It was at [biller] IP=127.0.0.1 . Just as an experiment I changed to Localhost and it works fine! Go figure...
