problems connecting to a external biller

Ok I have a router with a biller and 3 zones running... All is working great. I'm letting someone connect to my biller but the problem is we cant seem to get the zone to connect to the biller. I had them put my ip:port number in the billing:ip section of the server.ini and I forwarded port 5000 and 5001 for it. It will not connect... i've done the ?addzone in the biller and it accepted it but still no luck connecting. I've never tried this before... does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry... Personal note... NEVER mess with this kind of crap when your running off 2 hours of sleep and you been up atleast 14 hours.... the port on his end and in my forwarding was wrong... lol stupid mistake
