ya I was having trouble with this myself because the !help sucks

it's like this:

!editop -l=# name

where # is the level

...actually I forget if it's -l=#, but the point is whatever the !help says, you just put a space then the name after it

here is a sidenote, if i am not mistaken, you aren't able to promote an op to your level or greater.

Ie: your op status is 4, you can not create lvl 4 or >.

Until quite recently, smods could remove sysops though XD
