here is my story...
i got 2 computers, 1st comp ( family computer) (i got a zone hosted on this comp) connects directly tru the internet. I have a cable from the 1st computer to the 2nd computer that make it able with the 2nd computer to go online. I want my zone hosted at the 2nd computer ( my computer ) how do i do that ? _________________ ease = ez. |

Ok, simply forward the ports from the direct-connect to the server-box. The ports to forward are: the port in server.ini under [misc] and that port + 1. We cant realy tell you how to do the forwarding as it varys from software to software, your best bet is the manual.
If you want to play from inside your network, you will need to edit your zone.dat in your continuum folder. Details on this easy process can be found in other posts. |

I only want that but i read the other posts and i didnt understand it, I need to edit the zone.dat on both computer with the IP that connects dirrectly tru the computer? |

Edit the zone.dat to use the LAN IP of the server computer. Do this on every computer inside the LAN (including the server (If you want to play from it)) that you want to play from. |
