What are the default perameters? Like MaximumThrust=, things like that... what is the min and max? MaximumThrust=100? MaximumThrust=100000?

Max for a lot of things is 32767, not sure about those in particular

The default settings are, AFAIK, the original VIE settings. Try deleting your server.cfg, you have a nice little SVS zone.
