Well to get a ctf match going what would the values for the flagging stuff be set at?

is what mien is set to but whenever i look at the two flags, they are both blue and when i cpik one up, I have my bot running and it says that I stole team 62355 or somethings flag. How do i assosiate a flag with a team? and what should i change to make it ctf?
