Is there anyway to add a password to your zone? so only invited pll can enter? I have been getting alot of hackers lately and annoying pll harassing my staff... so if there was, it would help...

Maybe the people you want to keep out already have logged in? Try banning them.

You may want a permission system; where you need to add people to the permit.txt. See the help on MGB's site for more info.
