Any way possible to change the color of the power ball trail?
And Is it possible to make the powerball apear ONTOP of the ship instead under?

Hmm to trail is a bm2 file... C:\Continuum\graphics\powerb.bm2 or something like that... just rename is to powerb.bmp and chang the colors of that picture. I think the trail is the bottom 2 sections and the top is the ball. After you finish it add it to a lvz with lvztoolkit and then put it in your zone. As for placing it ontop of the ships i've never seen this done and I dont think it can be done... but im not 100% sure
